The Coscharis Group
The Coscharis Group is a wholly owned Nigerian Conglomerate with businesses and interests that span across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. The company was birth in 1977 with a modest beginning of importation and distribution of genuine automotive spare parts, accessories of Japanese vehicles and several kinds of automobile related products.
Today, the Coscharis Group is a conglomerate with a net-worth of $500 million with several subsidiaries including Manufacturing, ICT, Petrochemical, Auto care and Auto Components, Automobile Sales and Services, Agric and Agro Allied business sectors.
The Coscharis Motors Plc arm of the group is a leading distributors of several brands of luxuries cars in Nigeria including the Rolls-Royce, BMW, MINI, Range Rover, Ford, Renault and Jaguar.
In 2015, Coscharis Motors became the sole distributors of the BMW in Nigeria. Its success story of being a noble ambassador of the BMW brand in Nigeria made the grand entry of the luxurious Rolls-Royce brand into the Nigerian market with Coscharis as the second franchisee in the whole of Africa.
In addition, Coscharis Motors has dedicated sales showrooms, parts and Aftersales workshops in all the geopolitical zones. The company is also the first to build an Assembly Plant of Ford Ranger in Nigeria and won the Auto Brand of the Year at the Marketing World Awards held in Ghana.
In 2016 the Anambra State approved 5000 hectare of land for Coscharis Farms to cultivate rice, the project has been reported to generate 3000 jobs upon completion. The Coscharis Group is rated one of the top 50 brands in Nigeria by Top 50 Brands Nigeria.
