Today’s Photos : Dozens of cars submerged in rainwater at Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi Lagos.
Residents around Dolphin Estate, a gated community in Ikoyi, Lagos, are still recovering from the severe flooding caused by yesterday’s torrential rainfall which turned ordinary streets into raging rivers.
A video shared shows dozens of vehicles sitting helplessly in floodwaters after heavy rains hit the former capital on the early morning of September 12, 2022.
