Video: Luxury Cars Sent Flying After A Passenger Train Crashed Into A Car-carrier Stuck On Rail

Moment a high-speed passenger train slammed into a car-carrier parked with luxury cars that got stuck on the rail.

Footage of the April incident captured the moment of impact, which sent luxury cars on the car-carrier flying.

Operator of the high-speed passenger train in a statement said there was “no injuries to crew or passengers.”

Video shared has shown the moment a high-speed passenger train slammed into a car-carrier packed with luxury cars after getting stuck on railroad tracks in Hollywood, Florida.

Cellphone video of the April incident recorded by a witness, Alexander Quintero, captured the moment of impact, which sent luxury cars on the car-carrier flying.

Quintero, who captured the moment of impact while waiting at a stoplight at a nearby intersection, said :

“He (truck driver) tried to continue going forward and I noticed his wheels started to spin and he was not moving at all… I realized that he was stuck on the railroad.”

“The train was going fast and he was using the horn and the truck was not moving until the train crashed [into] the trailer and split it in half,” Quintero said.

The operator of the high-speed passenger train, Brightline, in a statement said “a car carrier was stopped on the tracks. No injuries to crew or passengers.”
