Aston Martin Valhalla Supercar begins final validation testing phase ahead of start of production in Q2 2025.

Pictured shared shows two Valhallas being put through their paces at the IDIADA proving ground in Spain.

Production version of Valhalla arrived last December as the marque’s first series production mid-engined supercar and first plug-in hybrid.

Aston Martin also shared photos of another Valhalla undergoing final damper calibration on UK roads.

Production of 1,065-hp Aston Martin Supercar is limited to just 999 units, from earlier planned 500 examples.

British luxury marque have released the official images of its 1,065-hp Aston Martin Valhalla supercar undergoing final validation testing phase on-road in the UK and on-track near Barcelona, ahead of the forthcoming start of production in Q2 2025.

Pictured shared shows two Valhallas – one in ‘Podium Green with a Lime Green’ livery and another in ‘Verdant Jade with a Valkyrie Gold’ livery, being put through their paces at the IDIADA proving ground in Spain by both Aston Martin engineers and three-time Le Mans class winner and Aston Martin development driver, Darren Turner.

The marque also shared photos of another Aston Martin Valhalla, pictured on road in ‘Satin Scintilla Silver with a Lime Green’ livery, currently undergoing final damper calibration for steering and active aerodynamics on UK roads.

Valhalla’s best-in-class 1079PS (1065-hp) hybrid powertrain comprises an 828PS 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine and three electric motors with 251PS, which allows a 0-100km/h (62mph) in 2.5 seconds and an electronically limited 350km/h (217mph) top-speed.

Simon Newton, Director of Vehicle Performance and Attributes said :

“For the engineering and dynamics teams, the unprecedented dynamic bandwidth that distinguishes Valhalla from its rivals has presented many new opportunities during development. With a combination of 1079PS and 1100Nm via the hybrid powertrain, extreme performance is a given.”

Named after the Viking legend of the “warriors paradise” which is reserved for the brave soldiers killed in battle, production version of Valhalla arrived last December as the british luxury marque’s first series production mid-engined supercar and first plug-in hybrid.

Limited to 999 units (from earlier planned 500 examples), production of Aston Martin Valhalla is set to commence in Q2 2025. Pricing hasn’t been announced, but the all-carbon fibre hypercar was expected to have £1.5 million asking price back in 2021.
