Now Restored : Cristiano Ronaldo Seen Driving His $2.2M Bugatti Veyron, Three Years After Crash

Now fully restored : Cristiano Ronaldo filmed behind the wheels of his $2.2M Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse.

Sighting comes three years after it was involved in a crash on the island of Majorca while being driven by an employee of Ronaldo.

While the driver is believed to be unharmed after the crash, the Bugatti had extensive damages at the front during the incident.

Ronaldo purchased this rare Bugatti Veyron Roadster after his country Portugal won the European Cup in 2016.

Travel Content Creator, Julia_dn_, got a double surprise last month during her visit to Portugal after filming a rare $2.2 million Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse on the highway only to discover Cristiano Ronaldo was behind the wheel.

“I was shoked to see Bugatti Veyron on the streets of Lisbon. Wanted to see who is driving it – surprise Cristiano Ronaldo himself ???? @cristiano official,” she wrote.

Now fully restored, the sighting of this Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse comes three years after it was involved in a crash on the island of Majorca while being driven by an employee of Cristiano Ronaldo.

While the driver is believed to be unharmed after the crash, but the same cannot be said for the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, which had extensive damages at the front during the incident, according to the photos taken at the scene.

Starting at $2.2 million at the time of unveiling, this rare 1-of-92 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Roadster was acquired by the Portuguese star after his country Portugal won the European Cup in 2016.

The Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is one of Bugattis owned by Cristiano Ronaldo. He also owns a Chiron and 1-of-10 Centodieci he took delivery in 2023, nearly three years after he finalized his mega purchase he bought to celebrate his birthday.

An open-top sports car, the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is the roadster version of the Veyron 16.4 super Sport. With a top speed of 410 km/h (254.75 mph) and a 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds, the 1,200-horsepower Grand Sport Vitesse was the fastest production roadster in the world at the time.
