In November, Nigerian record producer and singer, Michael Collins Ajereh, professionally known as Don Jazzy, took delivery on brand new Rolls-Royce Phantom 8 EWB, Range Rover Autobiography LWB and a Cadillac Escalade 600 SUV.





Don Jazzy’s latest cars worth over N2.5 billion was shipped to Nigeria and personally delivered by US-based auto dealer, Mr. JAY AUTOS LTD, who is also singer Davido’s go-to guy in terms of car purchase and customization.

Nigerian juju musician, Professor Evangelist Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, known professionally as Ebenezer Obey, in July acquired a brand new Chevrolet Suburban full-sized ultra-luxury SUV.

It comes three months after marking his 82nd birthday at a well attended event held on April 3rd at the DECROSS Gospel mission in Lagos, where he was reportedly presented with a brand new Mercedes-Benz.

In November, Texas-based Nigerian auto dealer, known simply as Mr. Jay Autos gifted afrobeat superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, an ultra-luxury Cadillac Escalade 600 SUV as birthday gift.





The lavish gift is a form appreciation for Davido’s purchases from Mr. Jay Autos this year, including a Tesla Cybertruck and a Rolls-Royce Spectre Electric Coupe.

It will be recalled that the Afrobeats artiste, splashed on a brand new Rolls-Royce Cullinan ultra-luxury SUV earlier this year in March.

Earlier this month, Nigerian rapper and singer, Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, splashed over ₦700 million naira on yet another luxury car, a Bentley Bentayga EWB SUV.

The 24 year singer had earlier in March 2024 spent over ₦700 million Naira on a two high-performance ultra-luxury SUVs – a Mercedes-AMG G63 and a Lamborghini Urus.

Lay’s latest purchase was made known by US-based Nigerian Car Dealer, Mr. JAY AUTOS LTD, who shared photos and video of the opulent rides on its Instagram page and asked his followers to guess the buyer’s identity.

Back in April, music star, Inetimi Alfred Odon, better known by his stage name Timaya, became the first Nigerian to buy and own Tesla’s futuristic luxury pickup truck, Cybertruck.

Pictures on his Instagram page seen by Autojosh shows the Bayelsa-born singer striking different poses with the hulky, black-out Tesla Cybertruck.
