According to Patrick Obahiagbon, “engaging in ritualistic oblations before repairing the 3MB is a regressive & barbaric tradition.”

Adding that “the Chinese performs their sacrifices when need be, it was done in Epe during Dangote pipeline to move a certain stuff out of water.

Reacting to GidiTraffic’s tweets, Patrick Obahiagbon, who is also a and legal practitioner, said :
“Engaging in ritualistic oblations before repairing the 3MB is a regressive & barbaric tradition that warrants a summa confractus or totalis cessatio by the Lagos govt. Endorsing such an absurdity on a public thoroughfare within a multi-religious milieu is lugubrious indeed!”
Replying to Patrick Obahiagbon tweet, a user with the handle, Reckon, asked
“You sure don’t want the workers to pay with their liv*s”, which made Patrick to also ask : “Spare me. How many sacrifices are done before roads in the US or China are built?”
Reckon further revealed in its tweets that :
“Even the Chinese performs their sacrifices when need be, it was done in Epe during Dangote pipeline to move a certain stuff out of water and place it back. I want people to live and not die in the water”
