Toyota Tops World’s Most Valuable Car Brand In 2021 : See The Top 10
Japanese automaker Toyota is once again this years ‘world’s most valuable car brand‘.
Toyota came 7th in the overall ranking of Interbrand’s 2021 Best Global Brands overall list.
8th on the overall list is Mercedes — maintaining its position as the most valuable luxury automotive brand.
Other automakers on the list includes BMW, Tesla, Honda, Hyundai, Audi and Volkswagen.
Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) is once again this years ‘world’s most valuable car brand‘, according to the latest study conducted by Interbrand, covering the period between July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
In Interbrand’s 22nd edition of the annual Best Global Brands ranking, Toyota, with an estimate USD54.107 billion, stood its ground in the 7th place in the overall ranking. The Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer stood below American giants, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and Google as well as Samsung and Coca-Cola.
Following Toyota on the overall ranking is German automaker, Mercedes-Benz, with an estimated brand value of $50,866 billion (+3%). Mercedes-Benz sits at number eight on the overall ranking, maintaining its position as the world’s most valuable luxury automotive brand.
BMW, with a brand value of USD41.631 billion (+5%), remained the third most valuable automotive brand and 12th overall.
Other car makers recognized on the 2021 Best Global Brands list includes :
Honda (5th, with a brand value of USD21.315 billion); Hyundai (6th, with USD15.168 billion; Audi (7th, with a brand value of USD13.474 billion; and Volkswagen in eight, with USD13.423 billion.
Following Volkswagen is US automaker, Ford (9th, with a brand value of USD12.861 billion and German luxury car maker, Porsche (10th, with a brand value of USD11.739 billion.
Nissan (11th, with a value of USD11.131 billion; Ferrari (12th, with a brand value of USD7.160 billion and Land Rover (13th), with a brand value of USD5.008 billion, completes the list of automakers listed among the top 100 World’s Most Valuable Brands.
