Traffic Offences: Lagos Auctions Over 134 Impounded Vehicles
The Lagos State Government on Thursday, September 15th 2022, auctioned over 134 vehicles that were impounded for various traffic offences.
The impounded vehicles, including private cars, commercial buses and Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV), were auctioned and given to the highest bidders who thronged the venue to bid for the vehicles.
Police Arrest Brainbox Thieves
Police operatives in Lagos arrested four brain-box thieves after stealing three from Mercedes-Benz SUV brought in for repairs. The suspects, all male and aged between 18 and 21, are mechanic apprentices in the neighborhood.
They have given useful information and efforts are on to arrest the receivers of these stolen items. A statement by the Police said that the arrested suspects have since been arraigned.
Ferrari Purosangue SUV Debut With Suicide Doors
Ferrari Purosangue SUV finally arrived with 715-horsepower V12 and a suicide doors, just like in a Rolls-Royce. It will take on the likes of Lamborghini Urus Performante, Aston Martin DBX and Bentley Bentayga SUV.
Purosangue is powered by 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V-12 engine that churns out 715 horsepower. Ferrari claims that the Purosangue will accelerate to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and go on to a top speed of 193 mph.
Adewale Adeleke Splashes ₦300M On A Bentley Bentayga SUV
Adewale Adeleke, the elder brother of award-winning Nigerian music star Davido, splashes over ₦300 Million on a customized 2022 Bentley Bentayga sports utility vehicle (SUV).
The CEO of HKN music shared the news of his acquisition on Instagram. He thanked Southeast Bentley Dealership, Bentley Atlanta.
