The Franschhoek Motor Museum in South Africa boasts a collection of over 220 vehicles as well as motorcycles and bicycles dating back over 100 years, all of which are available to view at any one time.
Located in Franschhoek, the Franschhoek Motor Museum is owned by Johann Rupert of South Africa, the current wealthiest person in Africa. Rupert, with a net worth of $11.7 billion, recently dethroned Aliko Dangote as Africa’s richest person.

Cars at the Franschhoek Motor Museum in South Africa are displayed in four de-humidified halls and labeled A to D.
Notable cars in Hall A include a Ford Model A (1903), Oldsmobile Curved Dash (1904), Ford Model T (1911), Humberette Model 8 (1914) and a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost (1915) while Hall B contains cars like Willys Pickup LDV (1942), Studebaker LDV (1960), Ford Mustero (1966) and a Chevrolet Brute (2016).



Cars on display at Hall C includes Hall C Mercedes-Benz W21-200 Cabrio B (1934), Mercedes-Benz 130H (1935), DKW F5 Roadster (1936), Mercedes-Benz 540K Cabrio B (1938) while Hall D has
Morris Cooper S (1967), Aston Martin DB4 GT (1961), Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider (1962) and Alfa Romeo Montreal (1972).
The Franschhoek Motor Museum is open for public view from Monday to Friday between 10h00 – 17h00 (last admittance 16h00) as well as Saturday and Sunday between 10h00 and 16h00 (Last admittance 15h00).
