When founder’s of Pagani and Koenigsegg, Horacio Pagani and Christian von Koenigsegg, met at the unveiling of Koenigsegg CC850.
Horacio Pagani founded Pagani Automobili S.p.A. in 1992 while Christian von Koenigsegg founded Koenigsegg Automotive in 1994.
Today, unique supercars made by Pagani and Koenigsegg sits inside the garages of well paid sports and music stars and wealthy collectors.
An iconic picture shared captured Horacio Pagani and Christian von Koenigsegg shaking hands after the two of the biggest names in the automotive world met at the unveiling of the Koenigsegg CC850 on 19 August 2022 at Pebble Beach, California.
Horacio Pagani and his son Christopher showed up before the unveiling of the Koenigsegg CC850, a hypercar limited to 70 units to celebrate the company’s founder Christian von Koenigsegg’s 50th birthday.
Horacio Pagani and Christian von Koenigsegg are close friends in real life despite bossing two company’s that produces seemingly rival supercars.

While Swedish-based Koenigsegg Automotive was founded in 1994 by the then 22-year-old founder, Christian von Koenigsegg, Italy-based Pagani Automobili S.p.A. was founded in 1992 by Argentinean-Italian Horacio Pagani.
Today, unique and limited-production, hand-built supercars made by Pagani and Koenigsegg sits inside the garages of well paid sports and music stars, wealthy individuals as well as car collectors.

Pagani lineups includes several variants of Mercedes-AMG powered Huayra and Zonda as well as special one-off edition like Zonda Roadster F CS Final Edition (2011) and 2016 Pagani Huayra Hermes Edition.
