Meet Ferrari CZ26, A 1-of-1 SF90 Stradale-Based Masterpiece Built For A Wealthy American Client
At the 2026 Monterey Car Week in the United States, Ferrari’s Special Projects division took the wraps off the all-new CZ26, a one-off masterpiece designed by Flavio Manzoni-led Ferrari Design and developed for an unnamed, wealthy American client.
Based on the top-of-the-range SF90 Stradale platform, Ferrari’s latest custom masterpiece features bespoke coachbuilt bodywork finished in Argento Veloce, a silver shade with a striking liquid-like effect. The exterior is complemented by contrasting Rosso Lampante (bright red) accents and exposed and tinted carbon-fibre elements.
The CZ26 features redesigned front and rear sections, including a full-width functional grille with integrated lighting units and a bespoke rear diffuser. Together, these elements enhance its aerodynamic performance while giving the one-off Ferrari a road-hugging stance and distinctive appearance that sets it apart from the regular SF90.
Inside, the driver-focused cabin features sculpted sports seats upholstered in premium leather and Alcantara, complemented by exposed carbon-fibre elements, contrasting red accents, and black trim on the roof and pillars. Together, these details create the impression of a cockpit seamlessly set within the bodywork.
The CZ26 uses a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged 90-degree V8 paired with three electric motors in a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) setup, producing a combined 986 hp. It can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 328 km/h (204 mph), compared with 340 km/h (211 mph) for the SF90 Stradale.
Pricing for the CZ26 has not been revealed. However, the SF90 Stradale, which has been replaced by the 849 Testarossa, had a starting MSRP of about $529,000. But Ferrari noted that each one-off project under its Special Projects programme takes around two years on average, with the client closely involved throughout the design and verification phases of their unique Ferrari.
