China’s BYD Partners With Man City, Haaland And Co To Receive Denza And BYD Vehicles
China’s BYD partners with Manchester City, Haaland and Co to receive Denza and BYD EVs as official Cars.
BYD Group will also be responsible for vehicle charging and energy-storage batteries at City Football Academy.
BYD car will also lead the official Manchester City men’s first team bus into the stadium for Premier League fixtures.

Manchester City has announced a new partnership with BYD Group, with the Chinese brand becoming the Official Automotive Partner of the premier league club – covering both men’s and women’s first teams.
As part of the partnership, Haaland and Man City men’s football first teams will receive BYD and Denza branded electric cars while BYD Group will be responsible for vehicle charging and energy-storage batteries at City Football Academy.

In addition, one of the company’s cars will also lead the official Manchester City men’s first team bus into the stadium for Premier League and domestic-cup home fixtures.

BYD’s new partnership with Manchester City is the latest step in its strategy to establish a presence in international football to enhance awareness of its brand, cars and other technology products.
It comes 7 months after announcing a three-year strategic partnership with Italian professional football club, FC Internazionale Milano (Inter Milan), which saw players and management receive Denza Z9 GT and BYD Sealion 7 as official vehicles.
