Technical details of the car is still scanty, but ENTOP claims it uses an engine from a 2000 Toyota Corolla hatchback, making it unlikely to rival cars from the likes of Lamborghini and Ferrari.

Simurgh, named after the mythical Persian bird, took a team of 30 engineers at Entop led by CEO, Mohammad Reza Ahmadi, and Kabul’s Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI) five-years to build.
