Ferrari Sold A Record 13,221 Cars In 2022 - autojosh

Ferrari sold 13,221 cars in 2022, thanks to Portofino M and the SF90 family, as well as 296 GTB and 812 Competizione.

Record deliveries in 2022 up by 2,066 units or 18.5% versus the 11,155 units delivered in the prior year.

Revenues for 2022 come in at €5.095b (+19.3%) while revenues from cars and spare parts was €4,341b (+21.5%).

Most growth seen in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, where sales rose to 72.6% while Americas saw a 21.8% rise.





EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) was up 8.5%, while the rest of APAC (Asia-Pacific) grew by 17.1%.

Total shipment last year excluded the deliveries of Purosangue SUV as shipment is scheduled to begin in Q3 2023.

Italian sports car brand, Ferrari, has announced its financial results for the full year of 2022. The Maranello-based brand said its revenues for 2022 come in at 5.095 billion euros, up 19.3% versus the previous year, while revenues from cars and spare parts was 4,341 million euros (up 21.5%).

Thanks to Ferrari Portofino M and the SF90 family, as well as the 296 GTB and the 812 Competizione, shipments totaled 13,221 units in 2022, up 2,066 units or 18.5% versus the 11,155 units delivered in the prior year.





“Last year ended with outstanding financial results that met and exceeded our guidance and set new records across all metrics, such as a net profit of Euro 939 million and an industrial free cash flow generation of Euro 758 million, said Benedetto Vigna, Ferrari CEO.

“These figures provide the base for an even stronger 2023, fuelled by a persistently high demand for our products worldwide.”

Deliveries were up across all geographic regions, with most growth seen in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, where sales saw a 72.6% rise while the Americas saw a 21.8% rise on the previous year.

EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) was up 8.5%, while the rest of APAC (Asia-Pacific) grew by 17.1%.

The total shipment last year excluded the deliveries of the new Purosangue as shipment of the brand’s first-ever luxury SUV is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2023.

Last year, Ferrari also concluded the deliveries of the limited-edition Monza SP1 and SP2 while the first few Daytona SP3 units were presented to customers in Q4.
