Governor Sanwo-Olu Commissions Onikan 5-floor Multi-level Car Park (PHOTOS)

Governor of Lagos State, Sanwo-Olu commissions the Onikan Multi-Level Car Park & Facility building.

The massive facility building boasts a 5-floor multi-level parking spaces that will fit 384 vehicles.

Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday November 16th, 2021, commissioned the Multi-level Car Park & Facility building at Onikan, Lagos.

The facility building boasts a 5-floor multi-level parking spaces that will fit 384 vehicles. There are also offices for tickets as well as rest rooms on each floor. The 6th floor, designed for multipurpose usage, contains:

– A Club House (410sqm Capacity).

– 2 banquet rooms, with sitting capacity of 800 and 600 persons each.

– Water Treatment Plant

– Elevators and staircases for smooth and easy pedestrian movement

– Fire Alarm Systems

– Power

– CCTV system

The new Facility Building is another iconic project in Lagos Island. It is important because of its high parking bearing capacity which is strategically situated within the heart of Onikan.
