The ‘heroic’ truck driver was seen driving the engulf tanker away, leaving a trail of fire behind him.
Some Nigerians, who appreciated the driver for his courage and bravery, have called for a special reward for him.


Nigerians has praised a “heroic” truck driver, simply identified as Ejiro Otarigho, for risking his life to drive a burning fuel-laden tanker away from a residential area in Agbarho Town, Ughelli North, Delta State to save lives.
His efforts to save lives and properties in the densely populated residential area in Delta State was captured in a video that has since gone viral.

The driver, in the video shared, drove the burning tanker several kilometres away from the residential area to a safer place, leaving a trail of fire behind him.
Thankfully, no life was lost and no injuries was reported during the incident. Nigerians on social media pages have appreciated the driver for his courage and bravery, with some calling for a special reward for him.
