How A Journalist’s Car Was Stolen At Kaduna APC Secretariat

On Tuesday, a Golf 3 car belonging to Mr. Amos Mathew, a New Nigerian Newspapers Correspondent, was taken from the All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretariat in Kaduna.
When the automobile was stolen, the journalist and several members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, were in the Secretariat to cover a political event.
“The vehicle was parked in front of the party Secretariat at exactly 10:00 a.m. and was discovered stolen after the end of a political function by anonymous political thugs at exactly 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday,” he claims.

Security operatives have been informed about the stolen car, which has the registration number LSD-516-HB, he said.
The stolen vehicle also had other valuable goods such as an ATM card, an office identity card, a voter’s card, and a national identity card, among others.
Following the occurrence, members of the Kaduna NUJ have threatened to boycott any future political activities in the state if the vehicle is not recovered by the appropriate authorities.
