In a video shared, Ola of Lagos, a popular car influencer, said that the 8-seater Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 900XP midsized business jet on sale is worth $16 million.

Reacting to the promo by Ola of Lagos, Steve Varsano, who has been selling private jets for a living since 1979, said that the jet is currently worth between $2 and $5 million.

“$16 Million? this guy is smoking something… It is way over inflated with reality,” Varsano said while analyzing the inflated price of the jet on his business page on TikTok, @thejetbusiness.

“This private jet is not $16 million.. is really really about $2 million airplane. Its really one of the oldest airplanes that are flying in the corporate jet world.”

In the concluding part of the video, Varsano said that the jet is worth $5 million, adding that Ola of Lagos, known for his car reviews, shouldn’t conduct aircraft reviews again cos he knows nothing about it.

In an interview last year, Steve Varsano noted that :

“You can buy a jet anywhere that’s 20 years old for under $1,000,000 to a brand new one that can cost you close to $100 million.”
