JLR Opens The Waiting List For Its Upcoming Electric Range Rover Ultra-luxury SUV - autojosh

Range Rover offers a first glimpse of the highly anticipated Range Rover ultra-luxury Electric SUV.

Says electric SUV will have performance and all-terrain capabilities offered by the flagship Range Rover V8.

The company has began physical prototype testing, as engineers target the quietest and most refined Range Rover ever made.





Global on-road testing has started, from Sweden to Dubai, in extreme temperatures ranging from -40C to +50C.

Range Rover EV will be able to wade in 850mm-deep water while a 800V architecture will help to enable rapid charging.

British luxury marque, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), has opened the waiting list for its highly anticipated fully electric Range Rover, along with a teaser images and few details of its “quietest and most refined Range Rover ever created.”

According to the brand, the upcoming Range Rover electric SUV will have performance and all-terrain capabilities offered by the flagship Range Rover V8, which arrived back in 2021.

“Because of this unprecedented success story, we’re now opening the official waiting list for the opportunity to be among the first to place a pre-order for the most anticipated Range Rover of recent times.

“Marking a new era for the Range Rover brand: the original luxury SUV is now available as an all-electric model,” says Geraldine Ingham, the Managing Director of Range Rover.

Land Rover says the electric Range Rover will be able to wade in 850mm (roughly 2.8 feet)-deep water while a 800V architecture will help to enable rapid charging on public networks.
