BMW has unveiled limited-edition Maybach-inspired two-tone BMW 7-Series Shining Shadow Special Edition at the ongoing Auto Shanghai 2021.
Limited to just 25 examples, this special two-tone 7 Series is designed specifically for the Chinese market; making it one of BMW’s rarest flagship sedan.
On the outside, the 7-Series comes with 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and a two-tone paint job that combines Cashmere Silver metallic on the upper half and Aventurine Red metallic lower part.
According to BMW, it took it six to seven days to paint the M760Li xDrive-based 7-Series Shining Shadow from start to finish.
Inside, it is finished in custom-made fine-wired smoke-white Merino leather sewn in a diamond pattern and 10.25-inches front infotainment screen.
Rear seat passengers gets features like electronically adjustable fold-out tables as well as entertainment screens.
This special X7 sedan comes fully stocked with 12 cylinders, with its 6.0-liter unit churning out 576 hp and 626 lb-ft of torque. That helps it get to 62 mph in just 3.8 seconds.
But the two-tone BMW 7-Series car isn’t coming cheap as prices start at 2.6 million yuan (about $400,000 USD).
