Meet The All-new Bugatti Tourbillon, A $4.1 Million Chiron Replacement With Dihedral Doors
Meet the all-new 2026 Bugatti Tourbillon hypercar sports car, a $4.1 million Chiron replacement with dihedral doors.
Electrified Bugatti Tourbillon uses the brand’s all-new naturally aspirated V16 engine, which produces 1,000-horsepower.
Its electric powertrain makes 800 hp from two electric motors in the front e-Axle and one electric motor mounted at the rear axle.

French hypercar maker, Bugatti, has revealed the all-new 2026 Tourbillon hypercar sports car, which is the much anticipated replacement for the legendary Chiron with 1,800-horsepower, making the new car the most powerful Bugatti ever.
Like its predecessors, Tourbillon’s design evolved around BUGATTI’s iconic horseshoe grille Bugatti Line and dual-color split aimed to optimize every surface for a car capable of reaching a top speed of 277mph (445 km/h).

Unlike the Veyron and the Chiron, the Tourbillon uses an electrically-powered dihedral doors (butterfly doors), which not only allow for easy entry into the vehicle but provide a dramatic sense of arrival.
Inside, the centerpiece is the instrument cluster designed and built with the expertise of Swiss watchmakers. The skeletonized cluster is made up of more than 600 parts and constructed from titanium as well as gemstones such as sapphire and ruby.

The electrified Tourbillon uses the brand’s all-new naturally aspirated V16 engine, which produces 1,000 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque on its own. Its electric powertrain makes 800 hp from three electric motors – two electric motors in the front e-Axle and one electric motor mounted at the rear axle.
Bugatti says the Tourbillon hypercar will launch from rest to 62 mph in 2 seconds flat and reach a top-speed of 277mph (445 km/h).

Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac said:
“It is crazy to build a new V16 engine, to integrate with a new battery pack and electric motors and to have a real Swiss-made watchmaker instrument cluster and 3D-printed suspension parts and a crystal glass centre console. But it is what Ettore [Bugatti] would have done, and it is what makes a Bugatti incomparable and timeless.”
While the legendary Chiron was limited to 500 units, just 250 examples of the 2026 Bugatti Tourbillon will ever be produced, with each starting at 3.8 million euros (roughly $4.1 million), before unlimited options.
