The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Agusta 109 Light Utility Helicopter crashed yesterday, the 6th of July. in Borno River, luckily there were no casualties.
The Helicopter was said to have been in use for a liaison mission to help in the teaming of the NAF with the Nigerian Army.
It was later found out that the helicopter had a technical fault that caused the pilot of the helicopter to lose control, but he was smart enough to crash-land it in a river to avoid injuries or deaths of his passengers.
