Popemobile Vibe : Uganda’s president Museveni rode in armored Toyota parade car with bulletproof glass at his inauguration.
Built on a rugged Land Cruiser 70 Series (Bufallo) chassis, the armored vehicle features a large, transparent ballistic glass top.
Rear bulletproof glass enclosure seamlessly combines crystal-clear visibility with life-saving ballistic protection.

Earlier in the month, Uganda’s President, Yoweri Museveni, was officially been sworn in for another five-year term and a record seventh consecutive term, extending his nearly four-decade rule until 2031.
Museveni’s May 12 inauguration follows Uganda’s January 15 2026 presidential elections, which saw him secure 71.65% of the vote while his main rival and opposition leader, Robert Kyagulanyi, received around 24%.

At his swearing-in ceremony, President Yoweri Museveni rode in a custom-modified heavy-duty Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series truck to inspect a grand military parade alongside his son and Chief of Defence Forces, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
Footage shared online seen by Autojosh shows the Ugandan leader standing aboard the moving popemobile-like parade car while inspecting the grand military parade at the Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala.


Built on a rugged Land Cruiser 70 Series (Bufallo) chassis, the armored vehicle features a large, transparent ballistic glass top, which allows the Ugandan President to safely stand and inspect troops.
The rear bulletproof (or bullet-resistant) glass enclosure of the ceremonial vehicle seamlessly combines crystal-clear visibility with life-saving ballistic protection.
