The Dodge Challenger, Honda Civic Lookalike Mitsuoka M55 Enters Production
There will be a production version of the special Mitsuoka M55 Concept! The Japanese have received such enthusiastic responses to the car that they had to.
Just over three months ago, Mitsuoka presented the controversial M55 Concept, a modern tribute to cars from the time when Mitsuoka was founded. There is a bit of a Dodge Challenger, especially at the front, but due to the Japanese background, cars such as the Nissan Skyline C110 were undoubtedly looked at closely. In any case, we have succeeded in changing the Honda Civic (because that is what it is underneath) almost beyond recognition. In the interior, it is still clear to see which car you are really dealing with.
People are also enthusiastic in Japan, because after the unveiling, people were able to express their interest in a special part of the Mitsuoka website, and this was done eagerly. “This was the first time we had received such passionate messages from so many people, young and old, male and female. Hearing their warm encouragement and their desire to see the car come to market reminded us of our long-standing commitment to building exciting cars,” said Mitsuoka. That is why the decision was made to put it into production. Next year is the day. It is not yet known what the conversion will cost.
