New Bentley Bentayga Speed sets new ICE-powered SUV hill climb record at Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Completes hill run in 55.8 seconds, shaving almost a second from the time set by previous W12-powered Bentayga Speed.
Record-breaking Bentayga Speed uses a new twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine that produces 650 PS and 850 Nm of torque.
It allows the new Bentayga Speed to sprint to 62 mph from rest in just 3.4 seconds and delivers a top speed of 193 mph (310km/h).

The all-new Bentayga Speed, which made its debut last month as “the most powerful and exhilarating Bentley SUV yet”, has become the fastest ICE-powered production SUV in Goodwood Festival of Speed after completing the hill run in 55.8 seconds despite wet conditions.
The new record was set by the all-new V8-powered Bentayga Speed ahead of the opening of the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed. It beats time set in the dry by the previous W12-powered Bentayga Speed by almost a second.



During the record run, Bentley’s most experienced Goodwood driver, Andy Marson, reached a peak speed of 130 mph (210 km/h) before braking for Molecomb, proving its claim as the most dynamic Bentley SUV yet.
The record-breaking Bentayga Speed uses a new twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine that produces 650 PS and 850 Nm of torque, allowing it to sprint to 62 mph from rest in just 3.4 seconds and delivers a top speed of 193 mph (310km/h).


Visually, the new Bentayga Speed differentiate itself on the exterior with dark tint brightware, bright chrome Speed badges on the leading edge of the front doors and 22” Speed wheels.
In addition, the new performance flagship of the Bentayga line-up gets a new unique Speed headlamps and Grey tail lamps featuring a dark tint bezel – the former adds dark tint internals.
