Toyota’s Low-Selling Crown Signia Gets A Price Bump For 2027
Despite a modest sales increase to 17,983 units this year, the Toyota Crown Signia continues to lag behind the brand’s top-selling SUVs.
Toyota has announced a price increase for the 2027 Crown Signia. These updates are primarily concentrated in the standard features of the Limited trim, meaning there are no significant mechanical or aesthetic modifications to the vehicle.
| Model | 2026 MSRP | 2027 MSRP | Change |
| Crown Signia XLE Hybrid AWD | $44,490 | $44,890 | +$400 |
| Crown Signia Limited Hybrid AWD | $48,890 | $51,155 | +2,265 |
The price increase for the Limited trim is attributed to Toyota incorporating the previously optional Advanced Technology Package as standard equipment for the 2027 model year. This upgrade introduces a comprehensive suite of driver-assistance and parking features, including a Panoramic View Monitor, Lane Change Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, Front Cross-Traffic Alert, and parking sensors equipped with automatic braking. Furthermore, the side mirrors now feature integrated puddle lights and a reverse tilt-down function.
While these enhancements offer more comprehensive equipment for the Limited trim, this update should not be viewed as a significant vehicle overhaul. Please note that the Traffic Jam Assist feature requires an active Drive Connect trial or subscription and necessitates a stable 4G signal.
Additionally, Toyota has introduced “Inked” as a new exterior paint color, which replaces black in the current lineup. The Limited trim continues to offer optional two-tone finishes, pairing a black roof with select exterior colors.
Mechanically, the vehicle remains unchanged; the Crown Signia retains its 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid powertrain, producing a combined 238 horsepower. Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive remains standard, with an estimated fuel efficiency of 38 mpg combined.
