Woman who gave birth in a BRT Bus gets preloaded Cowry Card, cash gift from Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA).
She gave birth on Wednesday, 27th March 2024 in a BRT while enroute to TBS from Ikorodu, according to LAMATA.


The officials of the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) has presented baby gifts during a visit to a woman who recently gave birth on a BRT bus while enroute to Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) from Ikorodu.
According to LAMATA, the woman, Mrs. Kubura Oluyemo, gave birth to a baby girl, named Dayan, on Wednesday, 27th March 2024 in a BRT from Ikorodu enroute Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS).

“She disclosed that she was assisted by a nurse who was also riding on the same bus on that faithful day,” LAMATA said in a statement.
During LAMATA’s visit to the Oluyemo’s, the team, led by Head of BRT Operations, Mr. Adepoju Fowokan, presented preloaded cowry card and cash gifts on behalf of the Managing Director LAMATA, Engr. Mrs. Abimbola Akinajo.
In return, Mr. and Mrs. Oluyemo expressed gratitude to LAMATA and the Lagos State Government for their show of love.
