Mercedes-Benz has revealed the pricing for the new 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 ultra-luxury SUV. The Mercedes sub-brand’s first-ever fully electric SUV starts at $179,900 — a price that can be pushed beyond the $200,000 mark with tonnes of optional packages.
Optional packages includes the MBUX Hyperscreen, which comprises of a 17.7-inch central display, a 12.3-inch passenger display, and a 12.3-inch instrument cluster. In the second row, rear passengers can get two 11.6-inch entertainment screens attached to the front seat backrests.
An Executive Rear Seat Package PLUS, which forgo a fifth passenger seat for a four-seat layout, gives the rear seat passengers the ultimate driving experience. It adds a folding rear tables, heated armrests, plus heated and cooled cup holders for rear occupants.
Buyers can also opt for the $25,000 Maybach Night Series Design Package, which adds a darkened exterior look and raises the base price to $204,900. This package includes several aesthetic upgrades such as 21-inch Night Series wheels with the Maybach Pattern, Black Pearl Nappa leather, dark chrome exterior trim, Herringbone Pattern Dark Walnut Wood, and even Rose Gold pins in the headlights.

Its 108.4-kW battery pack allows up to 285 miles of driving between charges. When connected to a compatible DC fast charger, the EQS SUV can charge at speeds up to 200 kW, which can take the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 31 minutes.
Like the regular ice-powered EQS SUV, the all-electric Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 will be produced at the Tuscaloosa plant in US, which is also the home of SUV production for the current GLE, GLE coupé and GLS model series, including the Mercedes-Maybach GLS.
