Mercedes has unveiled a new vehicle we can all buy, a two-wheeled folding eScooter.
It is designed to cover short distances quickly without harming the environment.
The smart eScooter has front headlamp, backlight, brake light, and a Mercedes-Benz logo front and center.
Its battery-pack allows a range of 25 km (15.5 miles), and a top speed of 20 km/h (12 mph).

Mercedes-Benz, known for being a pioneer in the world of automobiles, has become the latest automaker to venture into the world of two-wheeled electric scooters.
The automaker has announced its latest vehicle, an eScooter, designed to cover short distances quickly without harming the environment.

The smart, folding electric scooter was developed in cooperation with the scooter specialist, Micro. It has front headlamp, backlight, brake light, and a Mercedes-Benz logo front and center.

Features on the electrically-powered scooter includes a 500W peak rated hub motor in the front wheel and a 20km/h (12mph) top-speed.
Its 280Wh battery pack allows a range of 25 km (15.5 miles) before needing a recharge.

Standard domestic socket takes the depleted battery to 70 percent charge in about 2-hours and to full-charge in 3-hours.
Pricing for the new eScooter hasn’t been revealed, but Mercedes promises that the eco-friendly 2-wheeler will be the affordable.
Mercedes-Benz isn’t the only automotive company that is trying to make more money from the eScooter market.
Ford, GM, VW’s SEAT, and BMW, are just few of the automakers that have partnered with other eScooter experts to launch their electric scooters.
