Moment President Buhari and Senate President Lawan arrived in style at the 2023 Trooping and Presentation of Colours Parade.
Buhari, the Reviewing Officer and Commander in Chief of Armed Forces, arrived at the event in his Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.
Senate President, Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan, also turned up at historic event in his official vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Footage recently posted to MiliTainment TV Youtube page shows the moment President Muhammadu Buhari arrived at the 2023 Trooping and Presentation of Colours Parade in Abuja in his armored Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sedan.
The Nigerian Army had on April 27th 2023 conducted a historic Trooping and Presentation of Colours Parade in Abuja, which saw the retiring and replacing of 53 unit colours and the issuance of 28 new ones.
The event held at the Eagle Square Abuja, was presided over by the Reviewing Officer and Commander in Chief of Armed Forces, President Mohammadu Buhari.
The event also had the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan, in attendance, who turned up at historic event in his official vehicle, an armored Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan.

Speaking at the event, President Buhari said the fighting power of the Nigerian Army has increased significantly under his administration, making it fourth in ranking among African militaries as against seventh in 2015.
The President revealed that this administration has achieved a remarkable transformation of the military in the areas of fighting power, training, operations, manpower, remunerations and medical services.
“These are in addition to maintenance, efficiency, accommodation and expansion of forces. The improvements in these areas have collectively enhanced the army’s capacity to effectively carry out its constitutional mandate.”
Other guests at the event includes members of the National and Executive Council, Service Chiefs, past Chief of Army Staff, senior military officers both serving and retired as well as captains of industries.
