Audi e-tron GT Gets A Subtle Upgrade For The 2027 Model Year
With the e-tron GT model, Audi made a big step forward in the world of electric sports sedans. Although it shares a platform with the Porsche Taycan, the final product retains the distinctive Audi DNA, a serious, aggressive design, and a luxurious but functionally oriented interior. For the 2027 model year, after a major refresh in 2025 and minor changes in 2026, the e-tron GT comes unchanged but remains one of the most impressive electric models in the class.
Power and performance
Audi offers two main versions:
S e-tron GT – 670 hp
RS e-tron GT Performance—as much as 912 hp (with temporary boost mode)
The RS Performance accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 2.1 seconds, entering supercar territory. Power is sent to all four wheels via an electric version of the Quattro system, while an innovative two-speed gearbox on the rear axle ensures brutal starting acceleration and efficiency at higher speeds. Air suspension and rear-wheel steering are available as standard, further improving stability and agility. Despite its sporty character, the e-tron GT remains quiet and comfortable in everyday driving.
Range and charging
All models use a battery with a capacity of 97 kWh.
Maximum EPA range: up to 300 miles (about 480 km)
RS Performance achieved 280 miles (about 450 km) in real-world tests
Fast charging with a power of up to 320 kW enables charging from 10 to 80% capacity in about 18 minutes.
Interior and technology
The cabin combines digital screens with premium materials. Customers can choose between a classic leather interior or a sustainable leather-free variant made from recycled materials.
Standard equipment includes:
10.1-inch infotainment screen
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
16-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system
Digital cockpit
Options such as massage and ventilated seats, head-up display, and ambient lighting are also available.
