After a Mercedes was sold for $142 Million this month, here are the 10 most expensive cars ever bought at auction.
The top 10 most valuable cars to be sold at auction features seven Ferraris, two Mercedes and an Aston Martin.

Last week, RM Sotheby’s and Mercedes confirmed the sale of rare Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé from 1955 to a private collector for a record-breaking price of €135,000,000 ($142 Million).

While announcing the sale of the icon of automotive history, Mercedes-Benz said all proceeds from the auction will be used to establish the global scholarship programme “Mercedes-Benz Fund”.
