“Best Global Brands 2023” : Toyota Tops World’s Most Valuable Car Brand : See The Top 10 Automakers

“Best Global Brands 2023”: Toyota Mercedes-Benz and BMW amongst top world’s most valuable car brand.
Toyota ranked 6th in the overall ranking, below Apple (1st), Microsoft (2nd), Amazon (3rd), Google (4th) and Samsung (5th).
8th on the overall list is Mercedes — maintaining its position as the most valuable luxury automotive brand.
Following Mercedes-Benz is BMW, Tesla and Honda, which placed 10th, 12th and 27th overall, respectively.
Other car makers recognized on the 2023 Best Global Brands list includes Hyundai, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen and Ford.
US brand consulting company, Interbrand, has ranked Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) as the ‘world’s most valuable car brand’ in its current “Best Global Brands 2023” ranking, covering the period between July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
The Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer, with an estimate USD64.504 billion (+8%), ranked 6th in the overall ranking, below American giants Apple (1st), Microsoft (2nd), Amazon (3rd), Google (4th) and Samsung (5th).
Following Toyota on the overall ranking is Mercedes-Benz, which rose to 7th place after five years in a row at number eight. Mercedes, with an estimated brand value of USD$61.414 billion (+9%), maintained its position as the world’s most valuable luxury automotive brand.
Speaking on the achievement, Bettina Fetzer, Vice President Communications & Marketing Mercedes‑Benz AG said :
“The latest increase in our brand value is a first‑class achievement by the entire Mercedes‑Benz team, which makes us all very proud. The result is both a confirmation and an incentive for us: we are continuously building on our brand heritage to shape the future – with the goal of creating the most desirable cars in the world.”
Following Mercedes is BMW, which placed 10th overall and has a brand value of USD51.157 billion (+10%). Other car makers recognized on the 2023 Best Global Brands list includes Tesla (12th), Honda (27th), Hyundai (32nd), Audi (45th), Porsche (47th), Volkswagen (50th) and Ford (51st).
