Juventus star, Cristiano Ronaldo, on Monday returned to training with the Italian football giant, putting the rumour of the Portuguese star’s departure to a new club to bed.
Juve’s vice-chairman, Pavel Nedved, had earlier echoed the view that Ronaldo, who still has a year left in his contract, is staying during a chat with Sky Sport.
“Ronaldo has been called up for July 26. He will be back on Monday and will stay with us,”
The 36 year old had been given extra time off following his participation at Euro 2020, where he finished as the tournament’s top scorer.
