Ferrari Reports That 90 Percent Of Its Cars Are Still On The Road

Ferrari reports that 90 percent of all its cars are still on the road. Andrea Scioletti, the head of Ferrari’s used vehicle program, stated This.
“More than 90 percent of Ferrari’s total production — more than 300,000 cars — is still on the road,” Scioletti told reporters, as reported by Australia’s Drive.
“Used is often the main entrance for [new] people to the Ferrari [brand]. For this reason, we have created several programs to preserve the experience… of the car over time.” Ferrari offers several programs to keep its new and used models on the road and even offers brand-new parts for its classics.
Scioletti emphasized that many first-time owners approach the brand through the Ferrari Approved program, which essentially restores used models to factory condition. The manufacturer then offers a warranty of up to 24 months on those cars for models 16 years (or 75,000 miles) or newer.
The figure of 90 percent is among the highest of any car brand. It is estimated that over 80 percent of all Toyota models sold more than 20 years ago are still on the road. It is also estimated that Porsche has around 70 percent of all its cars still on the road.
