The first customer Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar has been built and will be delivered within a week. “I’m sure our customers will be delighted with what they have achieved”, said the Aston Martin CEO, Tobias Moers.
“The Valkyrie is born out of the steadfast dedication of a large group of highly skilled engineers and technicians who have worked tirelessly to get Valkyrie to the production stage,”
This is coming five years after it was first shown as a concept and two years about later than originally planned to start deliveries. Production of the F1 Car-based Valkyrie is now in full swing and each example of the planned 150 units has over 2,000 man hours put into its hand assembly.

Born out of a collaboration between Aston Martin, Red Bull Advanced Technologies and AF Racing, the Valkyrie promises to be the “world’s most extreme road car”.
It is powered by Cosworth-developed 6.5-liter V-12 engine that can rev up to 11,200 rpm, producing 1,000 HP and 545-lb-ft (740Nm) of torque.
It’s combined with an electric motor and battery pack that produces an extra 160 HP and 207lb-ft (280Nm) of torque, to give a combined output of 1,160 HP at 10,500rpm and 900Nm (664lb-ft) of torque at 6,000rpm.
