New high-performance Nissan Patrol NISMO assumes duties in Super GT Season as “First Rescue Operation Vehicle”.
Designed for rapid deployment, it is equipped with life-saving equipments such as fire extinguishers and medical supplies.
It will allow transport drivers, doctors and rescue staff to reach the scene swiftly and safely in the event of a track incident.
Powered by tuned 3.5‑liter V6 twin‑turbo engine with 495-hp – offering sharp responsiveness and strong acceleration.


The new high-performance Nissan Patrol NISMO will serve as a “First Rescue Operation” (FRO) vehicle in the 2026 season of the Super GT series, which kicks off on April 11–12 at Okayama International Circuit.
Equipped with life-saving equipments such as fire extinguishers and medical supplies, the new emergency vehicle is designed for rapid deployment – allowing transport drivers, doctors and rescue staff to reach the scene swiftly and safely in the event of a track incident.

Like all the Patrol NISMO models, this emergency vehicle features a specially tuned 3.5‑liter V6 twin‑turbo engine with an output of 495 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque – which offers sharp responsiveness and strong acceleration.
“The new Y63 Patrol NISMO integrates the technologies of our motorsports and customization divisions, making it a model that truly embodies NMC,” said Yutaka Sanada, President and CEO of NMC.


“We are honored it will serve as a FRO vehicle for Super GT—one of the world’s premier GT racing series. Its exceptional performance and reliability will, without doubt, contribute to swift track rescue operations.”
The 2026 Super GT season will feature an eight-round calendar (six Japanese circuits and one overseas round at Sepang, Malaysia (June 19-20). A 43-car grid is confirmed (14 GT500 and 29 GT300), featuring Nissan’s three-car Z NISMO lineup and Honda’s new HRC Prelude-GT.
