First Shipment Of China-made Tesla Cars Arrives In Europe
First shipment of China-made Tesla Model 3 sedans, about 3,200 electric vehicles, arrives in Europe.
The second batch is expected to arrive early December.
These EVs will be sold in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
A car carrier carrying the first batch of China-made Tesla Model 3 that will be sold in Europe has arrived at Zeebrugge port in Belgium after roughly one month at sea.
After docking at the wharf International Car Operators (ICO) Terminal on Thursday, the brand-new Tesla Model 3 sedans were driven in succession off the car carrier on Friday, in preparation for shipment to other European countries.

The first batch of Model 3 vehicles is about half of the over 7,000 sedans manufactured in Tesla’s Gigafactory in Shanghai, China. The second batch is expected to arrive early December.
These electric vehicles will be shipped to dealerships in European countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
Analysts predict that China — the largest auto market in the world — and Europe will see significant growth in electric vehicle sales in the coming years.
