Hyundai Kona Electric Gets The Sporty N-Line Treatment
Hyundai Motor Europe’s best-selling EV, the Kona Electric, receives a sporty N-Line treatment, complete with eye-catching design elements that are bound to turn heads on the road.
The 2024 version of the Kona Electric represents a significant improvement over its predecessor. Hyundai added some design elements of the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 to modernize its appearance and improve its efficiency.
The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric is almost 6 inches longer than the previous model, offering extra legroom in the back seat. Inside, you’ll find an upgraded interior featuring Hyundai’s next-gen infotainment system. Dual 12.3-inch touchscreens and a faster user interface are now standard, along with support for Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
But it is the latest N-Line version that is entirely new for this model year. Hyundai has added a range of N-Line elements for an immediately recognizable appearance. It gets more aggressive front and rear bumpers, as well as exclusive 19-inch wheels.
Inside, there are new sporty seats with red stitching and N-Line badges. Red accents on the steering wheel and dashboard give the Kona Electric N Line a sports car feel. There are also N-Line metal pedals and glossy black side mirrors.
Customers in the UK are the first ones to get their hands on the Kona N-Line. They can choose between two trims: the N-Line or the N-Line S. The Kona Electric N Line with cloth seats and a 65 kWh battery starts at €46,473. The N Line S with an “eco-alcantara” and leather combination starts at €49,579 and gains heated and ventilated seats and a premium BOSE sound system.
On the outside, the N-Line S boasts signature full-width DRL and full-projection LED headlamps, along with additional safety features. Production of the new Kona Electric N-Line is set to begin in February, with the first models hitting the market this spring.
