Keke Way Dey Use Gas!!! Simba Group/TVS Launches First CNG-powered Tricycle Into Nigerian Market
Fuel Subsidy Removal : Simba Group/TVS launches its new Keke, TVS King Deluxe CNG, into the Nigeria markets.
CNG-powered Keke designed to help customers in cutting down petrol expenses and to reduce pollution.
Gas-powered TVS King Deluxe CNG comes with internationally certified 30 litre CNG tank and bi-fuel petrol fuel option.
SIMBA Group, in partnership with TVS Motor Company, has launched their latest product, the new TVS King Deluxe CNG, into the Nigeria markets to help mitigate the impact of fuel subsidy removal and to address environmental concerns.
Speaking at the launch in Benin City, Rajesh Kumar, Profit Central, Head, SIMBA TVS, said the initiative perfectly aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision of introducing alternate fuel for sustainability, empowerment and economic growth.
“The introduction of the TVS king Deluxe CNG Tricyle goes beyond offering a new mode of transport, it represents our commitment to mitigate the impact of fuel subsidy removal while fostering economic growth.
“By adopting CNG as an alternative fuel source, we aim to address the economic challenges posed by fuel subsidy removal and enhance the environmental sustainability of Edo state,” Rajesh Kumar said.

Sporting a refreshed look with a longer steering column, the TVS King Deluxe CNG comes with internationally certified 30 litre CNG tank and bi-fuel petrol fuel option.
It is powered by the proven 200 cc 4 stroke, liquid cooled, single cylinder SI engine, that churns out output of 6.3 kW @ 5500 rpm in the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) variant.
