The back-up Man Utd keeper escaped unhurt after smashing his Lamborghini supercar through a barrier on his way to the club’s training ground.
The 32 year old Argentine was lucky not to have killed a woman and her two kids in his horror crash on Monday.
The Manchester United goalkeeper upgraded to the now-totaled Lamborghini from a Fiat 500 back in 2017.
The Red Devils welcome Burnley to Old Trafford tonight at 9.15 pm. Ole Gunnar’s men will try to recover from the 2-0 defeat to Premier league table topper Liverpool on Sunday.
Sergio Romero is not the only Premier League star that has crashed his expensive Lamborghini.
In November, Arsenal’s £200,000 a week striker, Aubameyang crashed his ₦125m Lamborghini Aventador as he was heading home from training.
Last month, West Ham’s Michail Antonio, dressed as snowman, crashed his ₦100m Lamborghini into a house on christmas day.
