Moment FRSC Boss Arrived Juma’at Services For Independence Day Celebration
Moment FRSC boss Dauda Ali Biu arrived Juma’at services for Independence Day celebration.
Biu was officially appointed as new Corps Marshal of the FRSC in Dec. by the then President, Muhammadu Buhari.
Until his appointment, Biu was the Acting Corps Marshal of the Commission, a position he held since July, 2022.
Biu replaced Boboye Olayemi Oyeyemi who retired from FRSC, after spending 34 years in service.
Pictures posted to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Instagram page shows the moment Corps Marshal, Dauda Ali Biu, arrived for Juma’at service for Independence Day Celebration at the National Mosque, Abuja on Friday.
After alighting from his official car, a N53 Million Toyota Camry finished in the Agency’s Blue and White stripes, Biu, accompanied by other FRSC officers, was welcomed by the Chief Imam.
In a statement today (1st October 2023, Biu urged Nigerians to sustain positive driving behaviours and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
According to him :
“To forestall all incidences of mishap on the road, I have directed Commanding Officers across the country to ensure full deployment of personnel and logistics for high visibility and to ensure prompt removal of obstructions and effective traffic management.”
