Nigerian Policeman Caught Smoking Marijuana In A Police Van (VIDEO)

Nigeria is increasingly becoming a dangerous place to reside in. One reason for that is that Law enforcement agents are now the chief promoter of lawlessness.

In a now-viral video, a policeman was captured rolling, wrapping and then smoking cannabis Sativa popularly referred to as marijuana, Indian Helm or “Igbo”, in a police van.

What was particularly worrisome about the video, was the fact that the policeman was doing it in his uniform, in full public glare and without a care about who was watching.

Dangers Of Smoking Marijuana
