Earlier this month, the Bureau of Customs (BoC) in Philippines seized two Bugatti Chiron hypercars allegedly smuggled into the country without proper taxes and importation documents.
The owner, an unnamed foreign national, surrendered the two Bugatti Chirons after the Customs offered cash rewards to informants who can help locate the illegally imported luxury cars.




While reacting to the recovery of the two Bugatti Chirons weeks after the agency began searching for the two sports cars, the customs said :
“This shows what we can achieve by working together. This is a big win for the Bureau as we are working toward curbing smuggling of all kinds and making sure our borders are secured from these activities,”

The two Bugatti Chirons could end up being crushed with heavy construction equipments like these smuggled cars shown in the pictures.
