British luxury marque, Rolls-Royce Motors, has submerged a Phantom 8 Extended in a swimming pool in Tinside Lido, below Plymouth Hoe, as part of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the flagship’s first unveiling in 1925.

Rolls-Royce said this stunt dubbed the “Diving into Rock ‘n’ Roll Legend” is a tribute to Phantom’s role in music history over the past century – spanning every era of modern music, from jazz and rock to rap and R&B.
