Sanwo-Olu Presents Official Cars To 11 Newly Appointed Permanent Secretaries

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu presents official cars to 11 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries.

The official cars presented to the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries is a 2022 Ford Edge SUV.

Ford Edge, a midsize two-row SUV, slots between the smaller Ford Edge and the three-row Ford Explorer.

It competes with popular Nigerian favorites like the Honda Passport, VW Atlas Cross Sport and Toyota Venza.

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu on Friday presented brand new official vehicles to the eleven Permanent Secretaries appointed on September 9, 2022.

Speaking during the brief handover ceremony at the State House, Alausa, earlier today, the Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, said the gesture is part of the state government’s commitment to provide all necessary resources to make the appointees give their best in service delivery to the State.

The Head of Service, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Office of the Head of Service, Mrs. Sukanmi Oyegbola, urged the Permanent Secretaries to make a difference in their new roles by providing excellent leadership that would make officers render selfless service to the State.

Ford Edge

The cars presented to the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries is a 2022 Ford Edge, a midsize two-row SUV that slots between the smaller Ford Edge and the three-row Ford Explorer.

Inside, the Ford Edge packs a 12-inch touchscreen display, an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, two front USB ports as well as multiple 12-volt outlets.

Driver Assists, including an Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind-spot Warning and Auto High Beams, come as standard.

The Ford Edge Crossover SUV competes with popular Nigerian favorites like the Honda Passport, Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and Toyota Venza.
