The 2027 Hyundai Tucson Base Model Has Impressive Standard Equipment
While automakers often highlight high-end trims, Hyundai’s Korean configurator offers a look at the base-model Tucson’s features and value.
The base-model Hyundai Tucson “H-Pick” in Korea highlights how the entry-level trim maintains the vehicle’s bold design and impressive standard equipment without sacrificing essential features.
The H-Pick trim features 17-inch alloy wheels and tires with taller sidewalls, offering a rugged look and improved ride comfort on uneven surfaces, while also reducing future replacement costs. The exterior maintains a premium aesthetic with full LED lighting, signature horizontal light strips, bold wheel-arch cladding, and a prominent tailgate badge, all available in finishes like shimmering silver metallic.
The interior features black faux leather, a functional dashboard, and a 12.9-inch touchscreen with navigation, wireless connectivity, and tactile controls. Standard equipment includes heated front seats, a surround-view camera, smart key, electronic parking brake, rear vents, and USB-C ports. Hyundai also includes a comprehensive driver-assistance suite, featuring Highway Driving Assist, adaptive cruise control, and advanced collision avoidance.
The Korean-market Tucson H-Pick features a 1.6L turbo engine and FWD. Priced at approximately $22,800, it offers strong value with an advanced safety suite and a 12.9-inch touchscreen. Note that this pricing, trim name, and specifications are specific to Korea and may vary if introduced to other global markets.
