This Is One Of The Major Causes Of Traffic Hold-up In Lagos (See PHOTOS)

After being held up in hours-long traffic gridlock, you get to the end of the traffic queue, only to find no reason for the traffic hold up. Many Lagosians can relate to this.
Well, most times there is actually a reason for these hold-ups. They are usually caused by illegal parking or stopping on the roads by some motorists.
Illegal parking or stopping on a busy road can significantly narrow the access on the roads and prevent other vehicles behind access.
The chief culprits of this sort of practice are commercial motorists, especially danfos.
Sadly, the traffic agencies responsible for regulating vehicular activities, are either compromised by these errant drivers or they are too lenient in the regulation.
