Earlier this month, officers attached to Onikan Police Division, Lagos, finally arrested a dispatch rider, Ogbonna Chinelu, who specializes in stealing the side-view mirrors of vehicles, especially Lexus brands.
His arrest was made known by Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, who posted the mugshot of the suspect and a burgled Lexus GX on his Twitter handle, with the caption : “A Short Story…”
